Write Mobile-Sized Emails
You may be writing emails in front of a monitor in your office, but your candidates and hiring managers are likely reading your emails on a mobile device.

One of our surprising findings is the zeal with which top performers always look for ways to up their game. When I interviewed top performers, I felt at times that I was in the presence of elite athletes seeking every advantage to maximize their performance.
